Armor Conversion Modifications / Alterations
- The perimeter armoring of passenger compartment (all vertical areas, roof, firewall armoring, and all glazing) to provide protection against 7.62x51mm, M80 NATO Ball ammunition (CEN Level B6/NIJ-STD-0108.01 Level III), at zero degree obliquity angles.
- Floor is fitted with a blast protection to protect occupants against fragmentation from simultaneous detonation of 2 DM-51 German ordnance hand grenades or equivalent.
- Armoring is included on kick panels, Front fenders, rear wheel wells, firewall, and door pillars and posts
- The unique engineering and construction of the armor plate design utilized in the vehicle allows the weight of the door to be transmitted directly onto the modified structure. The design distributes weight in such a way as to minimize the stress on the modified hinge components without the risk of excess stresses due to the added door weight.
- Vehicle’s armor plates are stitch-welded using high-intensity MIG welders. The above process ensures the structural integrity is uncompromised by thermal and chemical variations of the material.
- Vehicle armoring constructed in such a way as to ensure that a projectile following a linear or angled path shall not enter the vehicle’s interior without contacting the armor material. In addition to this, the possibility of a projectile entering the vehicle’s interior due to a ricochet from the armor shall also be minimized.

Glass
- Windshield: Curved glass, OEM style,
- Driver and Front Passenger doors: Flat glass module,
- Flat glass modules in all remaining areas: 4 per side and 1 rear window in passenger area
- Low-spall shield protecting against shattering glass in case of attack

Doors
- Armor overlap at all doors to prevent penetration through door posts and pillars.
- Door pillars and hinges reinforced for maximum strength retention.
- OEM door plastic trim to be resized and fitted back to maintain the closest to OEM appearance as possible
- Side curbside door, armored to the same level as the rest of the vehicle.
- Rear doors feature HD steel door hinges and restraints.
- Rear and curbside doors feature “dog-leg” deadbolts for added security.

Locks and Additional Electrical Equipment
- Auxiliary Air Conditioner in rear seating area.
- ASSA high security locks on all passenger entry points
- Electric solenoid locks with manual override installed at curbside door, push-button controls from driver’s position
- High-efficiency large dome lights in front cabin (1) and in rear passenger area (2)
- All exposed wiring to be fitted in HD looms and securely attached to ensure durability and serviceability.
